Quick Arms and Back Workout
I advised a lovely friend recently that if they don't have hand weights at home to use full wine bottles!! Ha! What am I like. But it's a good weight?! There are loads of things around the house you could use, cans of food even. Or in my case my 13kg baby boy. I did also have light 1kg hand weights handy, Cooper is way too heavy and wriggly, but he loved being involved none the less.
Rest for 1min and then do it all again 2-3-4 times depending on how you feel. Build up to 5 sets of you can. Takes about 15-20mins to complete 3 sets.
Dumbbell Rows for 30secs
Shoulder Presses for 30 secs
Arm Circles for 30 secs
Tricep Dips for 30 secs
Press ups as many as possible ( go onto your knees if too hard )
Bicep Curls for 30 secs
