4 core exercises you can do with your kids!
Quick core workout
It’s no secret that finding time to exercise most days can be near impossible when you have kids! It's either before the kids wake at the crack of dawn ( not always successful, the snooze button is well worn ) or I try to rope them in to do it with me ( way more fun! ). But if there is one workout you could focus on while your body starts to bounce back, its the core workout.
Here is an effective workout for mums who had babies about 6 months ago or later. There is a different set of exercises for mummy’s who have more recently have babies ( coming soon! ), so don’t try these just yet until you know your core is ready.
Workout takes about 15mins to complete 3 full sets, 1min rest in between each set. Go for it.
50 x crunches
1 min plank
30 sec side plank, each side
15 x push ups
1min rest, now repeat 3-4-5 times. Up to you!
