Boobs, Bum and Tum Workout
If there are 3 areas of the body I hear most women complain about (post kids but also anyone!), it's the boobs ( the little devils can literally suck the life out of you! ), bum and tum! There's also the backs of the arms and thighs but that's another video!
Here's a little combo that works all areas in 30mins, it can help improve bust, bum and tum shape quite effectively. I squeezed this weekends workout in and around the kids lunchtime.
Boobs:
Kitchen bench press ups x 15-20
Standard push ups with ball, alternate arms x 10
Pectoral Squeeze with weight ( I chose champagne bottles darling! ) x 20
Bench press a willing 15-20kg child! Ha! x 10-25
Tum:
( sofa abs! ) need sofa or chair:
Leg kicks for 30 secs
Tummy twists with weight 30 secs
Double leg crunches 30 secs
Bum:
Hold squats for 5-10 secs x 15
Lunges with a weight x 20
Reverse plank squeezes x 15
Aim for 3 sets in 30 mins
Focus on squeezing the muscles you want to work hard. Have fun!
